Brazilian butt lift
Brazilian butt lift is a specialized surgery procedure that transfers unwanted fat from other areas of the body to the buttock area, reshaping and resizing it. It can also help reshape the surrounding areas, such as the hips, lower back, and thighs.

Benefits of a BBL Surgery

Reshape the curves of your buttock area for a more full and round look

Eliminate stubborn fat pockets on the midsection of the body

Achieve the hourglass figure so any cloth looks fit and aesthetically pleasing

Improve the curves and proportions of the whole body by balancing the fat distribution

Why having a Brazilian butt lift?
The shape and size of the buttock may be determined by genetics, diet and exercise. For example, a person with wide hips might have wider buttocks as well. The fat stored in the lower body has an impact on how it looks too- some people store more weight around their midsection so they don’t see much definition in areas like their waistline while the buttock area doesn’t store enough for an appealing look. A healthy lifestyle is important for everyone, but it is not enough to change the structural shape of the body, as the perfect buttocks are not just about exercise and diet, it’s also a matter of genetics. A Brazilian Butt Lift can help achieve that desired shape and dangerous curves!
Am I a good candidate for a Brazilian butt lift?

One of the most common reasons to have a Brazilian Butt Lift is for better shape and size. However, not everyone can be fitted with one due to age restrictions or medical conditions. You must know that your body will respond well before going through this procedure, to make sure everything goes smoothly.
In general, you are likely a good candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift if you agree with the following:

You want a fuller look in your buttock area

You prefer more “natural” results without the use of implants

You don’t have sagging skin and it looks like a good skin tone in the hips and buttocks

You have some fat deposits in other areas to harvest for injection into the buttocks

You have the conditions and the support system to avoid sitting for several weeks after surgery.

What is involved in Brazilian butt lift surgery?

A Brazilian butt lift involves three basic steps:

1Fat is removed from the hips, lower back, thighs, abdomen, and/or other areas with liposuction

2The extracted fat is purified and prepared for transfer

3The cosmetic surgeon injects fat into specific points on the buttocks to increase volume and improve the shape

Surgery is often performed as an outpatient procedure, with general anesthesia or intravenous sedation and local anesthesia. It’s common for a portion of the injected fat not to “take” in its new location. For this reason, an experienced cosmetic surgeon may initially inject slightly more fat than needed so that your final results most closely achieve your goals.
Recovering after your Brazilian butt lift

Having an operation on the buttocks requires some special modifications during recovery. While pain is typically minimal and easily controlled through pain medication, you will not be allowed to sit or lie directly on your buttocks for about four to six weeks after a Brazilian butt lift.

During this time, you will need to sleep on your stomach or side, and either lie this way or stand for all activity except using the toilet. When you are ready, your surgeon will allow you to sit in a modified position, using a “donut” seat or placing a pillow under your thighs to avoid pressure on the buttocks. Normal sitting activity is typically allowed after eight weeks.

If you follow your cosmetic surgeon’s instructions, you should be able to resume light daily activities within one week after surgery and return to work within 10 to 14 days.
